Have Claude code, read all the research and based off of the 01-Developer-Environments.md suggest a development environment that will be suitable and effective for local development and deployment to production. Ask and answer questions to create DEVELOP.md,

THEN create the wireframe for style, layout and feature review. Hammer that out. Create WIREFRAME.md and build it, build it foundationally for the real thing.

then in a new session either create a new markdown like IMPLEMENTATION.md or revise DEVELOP.md by breaking it up into small bite sized phases of development.
